NYP has sent us a letter to inform our graduating ceremony falls on which date.
There is a lot of things to take note.
Engineering Informatics graduating ceremony will be held on 28th May, Thursday. Starts at 10am but we are to report to school at 8.15am. Venue will be at the Atrium.
Pls be punctual as LATE COMERS WILL NOT BE PRESENTED ON STAGE.
Attendance
You MUST login to tell the school you are attending the graduation ceremony.

If they do not hear from you by 8 May 2009, it will be assumed that you are not attending and no arrangements will be made for your attendance.
Invitation Card
Each letter is enclosed with a invitation card. One invitation card may invite one guest to the ceremony. Any request for additional invitation cards should be made to SIT Adminstrative Office, on a first-come-first-served bass. Pls call 6550 1600 to enquire on the availability of the additional invitation card.
Nameslip
Nameslip will be given after we register at the Auditorium on the day itself. When its our turn to receive the diploma, hand your nameslip to the reader on stage, the reader will read your name on the nameslip.
Photographs
Arrangements have made to take pictures of us! Thus, we may place order for copies of the photographs with the photographer at the Atrium after the ceremony.
Collection of Diplomas
The diploma folder presented to us on stage does not contain any document! This is to prevent any diplomas from giving out wrongly. We are to collect the diploma after the end of the ceremony at Block S, LTS-1, before or after the tea reception. We will need to produce our student card for verification when collecting.
Online Ordering of Attire/Grown
Online order will be open on 6 April till 10 May 2009.

Remember to print out your online order form for COLLECTION DAY!

** Once the size is rent out, they will only get the nearest size available for you, SO QUICK! Lols.
Campus Attire-Collection Period (CAP)
Collection period will be from 8 May - 16 May (including Vesak day) and 23 May 2009 in Room B.104F located at Blk B level 1, School of Business Management. In another words, we have to go to school to collect!!!
Modes of payment is either Cash or Nets.
Rent attire $57.40 $28.70 (Rental + prevailing GST) + $28.70 (Refundable Deposit + prevailing GST)
Buy attire $42.00 Purchase (inclusive of prevailing GST)
** For those renting of attire : After you have paid for your attire, die die must bring your receipt if not ur deposit will be forfeited.
If you are unable to collect ur attire, you need to appoint someone to collect on your behalf. But must complete the Authorization Form at http://www.achieversplus.com.sg/nypcollectauth.html, print and sign it.
Delivery Service
$10 per attire. Attire will be delivered latest by 22 May 209. Deadline of delivery service will be on 18 May 2009.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO TAKE NOTE
1. Graduands must bring their identify card with them.
2. Admission of guest is by invitation card. One invitation card admits one guest only.
3. NEVER to be late.
4. Pls open your letterbox NOW. Hahas.
