YEA, its sporting day! out wif carol, jo and anqi to east coast for bladding and cycling session! ((: tot of bladding but SCARED will fall down so change to bicycle. LOLs. anqi is courageous enough to learn. hehe jo and carol knew how to blade carol is the PRO here. haha. helping anqi to wear tat "damn hard to wear' blade shoes. each of them a LEG! XD   the beloved ex-NSQ   BIG BIG HUGE castle. hehe   haha. day was fun. very super damn long since I last exercise! hees. nice day with youu guys. ((: and tks carol's bf for the ride.
