woot. w0rk tdy. realise its n0t my day tdy. haas. eugene was late f0r w0rk. aunty alice t0ld me t0 call him. d0nn0e why i was angry when he was late. n0 specific reas0n but i d0n lyke ppl being late f0r w0rk. s0 i called him. i admit i did raise my voice. hais. d0nn0e wats wr0ng wif me. sp0ke t0 him in a harsh t0ne. den when he came, he gave me a BLACK face. haas. in the end i ap0l0gised t0 him c0s i admit its my fault la. i am 0nli his fran's fran. wat rights d0 i have t0 sc0ld him. she feels sry, he smile, we sh0ke hands but we didn't t0k. but i d0n really care. c0s 0nce i quarrelled wif a pers0n, even if we patch back it will n0 l0nger be lyke the past. he is my fran's fran onli.. s0 n0t much 0f my c0ncern.

ya. regardin w0rk stuffs. there was a lady, malay-liked but is a chinese, BLACK face, SUPER UNfriendly lady i must state clearly. haas. beginin i t0t she new staff. den i n0e she was transfer fr lvl 1 t0 lvl 3. haha. at first i d0 n0t n0e she is s0 unfriendly. until i went t0 the cashier there t0 ask f0r a calculate. she was wif a trainnie guy.

UNFRIENDLY BLACK FACE STAFF : "d0n b0thered abt them."
(i was appalled and speechless. dazed there for a few seconds. haha.)

den i n0e this new staffs is s0 ****ing unfriendly. woo. shd watch 0ut f0r tis staff. really BLACK face i meant it! haas. i was s0 furi0us for her attuide. she didnt even take a GOOD look at me LORS. so i told eugene and adrian mus be careful of tat lady. den he oso went to the cashier to take tape and sisscors. same ting happen

pls la. as if she is the 0nli 0ne wh0 n0e hw t0 d0 cashiering. i oso n0e 0k! btw she look as if she is the first day doin casherin.. cant even h0ld the nets paper well. paper dropped everywhere.

REAS0N WHY THE LADY WAS TRANSTER T0 MENS WEAR DEPARTMENT :
she was transfer t0 mens wear department (previ0usly fr c0stmetics department) c0s she was c0mplained by a cust0mer! haha. OB! XD
she explained smth 3 times t0 the cust0mer den the cust0mer d0nn0e walk away den she t0t the cust0mer left alr but haven. s0 she t0ld her fran "explained s0 many times still d0n understand." and s0 lucky the cust0mer heard! haha. ti0 c0mplain! she deserve it. she really haf a bad attitude l0rs. OB!

my c0llegus 0s0 kana. diana c0mplained t0 me. she say the cashier was s0 'dao' . haha. agree! XD den i saw lady g0 c0mplain t0 the security guard?! haha. t0 a security guard i didnt see wr0ng. L0LS. i heard her sayin "g0t cust0mers s0 mus c0ncentrate 100% rite?" haha. wanna laugh sia. crap! d0n find excuses pls.
